How it Works

1. Sign Up

   First, fill out our customer sign up form. This is where you give us your:
   

   • Contact information
   • Specific pick up and delivery locations where we’ll pick up( front door, side door, other )
   • Credit card billing information for our secure server
   • Cleaning or any other special instructions

2. Receive Materials

   Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive our welcome package, which includes:

   • 2 Old Bags Dry Cleaning brochure with Price List
   • Your special door hanger
   •  2 Old Bags Dry Cleaning bag (BLUE) and/or a 2 Old Bags Dry Laurndry bag (YELLOW)  for your dry cleaning and laundry

   Next, you’ll be assigned a pick up day.

3. Pick Up

   The night before your pick up, you’ll receive a courtesy message.

   On your pick up day simply:
   

   • Hang your bag on the specified door by 7:30 a.m.
   • Your route driver comes and picks up – no need to call.

   How easy is that?

4. Deliver

   Your dry cleaning is delivered two days after your pick up.
   

   • Place the door hanger back on specified door
   • Your route driver hangs your fresh dry cleaning on the door hanger, along with your empty garment bag.
   • Route driver knocks on door and leaves.

That’s it. Simple. Easy. Convenient.
